Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 5 days of delivery. Exchanges are available for size issues or manufacturing defects only.

Eligibility Conditions

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. It must be returned in the original packaging. Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange for Size Issues

If the product does not fit as expected, you can request an exchange for a different size of the same product (subject to availability). We recommend checking our size guide before ordering to minimise size-related exchanges.

Exchange for Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it with the same product at no additional cost. Please provide clear photos or a video of the defect when raising your request.

Shipping for Exchanges

If the exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the shipping cost. For size exchanges, a nominal shipping fee may apply, which will be communicated to you during the exchange process.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery under the following circumstances only:

Damaged Product

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit (torn, stained, or physically damaged), you are eligible for a return and full refund. Please photograph the product and packaging immediately upon delivery.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered (wrong colour, wrong style, or entirely different product), you are eligible for a return and full refund or exchange.

Manufacturing Defect

If the product has a manufacturing defect (stitching issues, fabric defects, broken zippers, etc.), you are eligible for a return and full refund or exchange.

Important

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be accepted. You must provide photographic or video evidence of the issue when submitting your return request.

Non-Returnable Conditions

The following items and situations are not eligible for return or exchange:

Used or Worn Products

Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or are not in their original condition with tags intact cannot be returned or exchanged.

Late Requests

Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery or exchange requests made after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Minor Variations

Minor colour or design variations due to screen display differences, lighting in product photography, or slight variations in fabric batches are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.

Buyer's Remorse

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection (use our size guide), or if you simply no longer want the product. However, exchanges for size issues are available within the exchange window.

Refund Process

Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay back to your original payment method. If you paid via UPI, credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refund will be credited to the same source.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be initiated within 2-3 business days. The refund amount will reflect in your account within 5-7 business days from the date of initiation, depending on your bank or payment provider.

COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). You will need to provide your bank account details (account number, IFSC code, account holder name) for the refund to be processed.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued — for example, if the product shows signs of use or is not returned in its original condition. The refund amount will be determined after inspection.

Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product, or damaged in transit).
