Pricing

All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Sizes & Availability

Products are available in the sizes listed on each product page. Availability is subject to stock and may change without notice. We recommend referring to our size guide before placing an order. In the event a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or an alternative.

Placing Orders

When you place an order on our website, it constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance; your order is confirmed only when it is dispatched.

Payment Methods

We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. All online transactions are processed securely through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes. COD orders may be subject to additional verification. We reserve the right to restrict COD availability based on order value, delivery location, or account history.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. For cancellation requests, please contact us immediately with your order number.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. While we work with reliable logistics partners, we are not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and exchange policies are designed to be fair and straightforward. Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery for size issues or manufacturing defects. Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, wrong, or defective products.
