Shipping Policy

All Rainyx orders are fulfilled through Shiprocket, India's leading logistics aggregator. Shiprocket partners with a wide network of trusted courier services including Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, DTDC, Shadowfax, and others to ensure reliable delivery across India.

The courier partner for your order is automatically selected based on your pin code, delivery speed, and serviceability to provide the best possible delivery experience.

Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Standard delivery is available across most serviceable pin codes in India.

Express Delivery

Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days from the date of dispatch. Express delivery is available for select metro and Tier-1 city pin codes.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or high-demand periods (festive seasons, sales events). We will keep you updated via email and SMS with tracking information.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders above ₹1,299. This is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code needed.

Standard Shipping

A flat shipping fee of ₹79 is charged for orders below ₹1,299. This covers delivery to all standard serviceable pin codes across India.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available at ₹149 for eligible pin codes, regardless of order value. You can select express shipping at checkout if available for your location.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before dispatch or the return/exchange is due to an error on our part.

We deliver to most pin codes across India through Shiprocket's extensive courier network. Serviceability depends on the courier partners available for your specific pin code.

You can check if your pin code is serviceable during checkout. If your pin code is not serviceable, we recommend trying an alternate delivery address. We are continuously expanding our delivery network to cover more locations.

For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take additional time beyond the standard estimates. We will notify you if there are any serviceability issues with your order.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number. Tracking information is updated by the courier partner and may take a few hours to reflect after dispatch.

If your tracking status has not updated for more than 48 hours, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier partner on your behalf.

Certain remote or rural pin codes are classified as Out of Delivery Area (ODA) by courier partners. Orders to ODA locations may be subject to additional surcharges and extended delivery timelines.

ODA Surcharge

An additional surcharge of ₹40-₹80 may apply for ODA pin codes. This will be communicated to you before dispatch if applicable. In some cases, COD (Cash on Delivery) may not be available for ODA locations.

Extended Delivery

Deliveries to ODA locations may take an additional 2-5 business days beyond the standard delivery estimate. We appreciate your patience for deliveries to these areas.
